Association of Eastern Pennsylvania, familiarly known as CAEP. Our membership is made up of Heavy, Highway, Railroad,
and Utility Contractors in Eastern Pennsylvania.
 We
serve as the respected voice of these contractors, promoting
their views and representing their interests, to all levels
of government and agencies - federal, state and local - as
well as to industry, engineers, subcontractors, and labor.
Equally important, we also serve a wide ranging source of
important information and benefits to our members
themselves. Since 1915, we have proved ourselves over and
over to be invaluable contributors to the well being of our
members' businesses.
